Our Team

Ava D'Amore, Founder & CEO

Ava D'Amore is writer, producer, actor, director, and founder of Tinderbox Studios. Her work has been featured in the Berlin Indie Film Festival, the San Diego Short Film Festival, and the Adam D. Kamil Gallery Awards. Upon graduating from UC San Diego's Department of Communication in 2025, she was awarded the Lehr "Jumpcutters" Fellowship to produce her upcoming film, 'Til We Drop.

Lennon Lilienthal-Wynn, Vice President

A graduate of UC San Diego's Visual Arts & Media program who has written and directed such films as Blood Money Blues, For Those Who Listen, and Happy Hour. In his final year at UCSD, he was awarded the Suraj Israni Center for Cinematic Arts Fellowship in 2025, from which he directed KILLJOY, a 62-minute mystery film. His works have also been featured in the the UCLA Student Film Festival, Adam D. Kamil Gallery Awards, the UCSD Film Festival, and the De Anza College Student Film and Video Show. He is currently in pre-production for his next project, BAD HAND.
